The Employee Referral Program (ERP) provides discretionary cash awards to support organizational needs in the recruitment of top talent for difficult-to-fill and other designated positions within the University.

Hiring bonuses enable a location to make a market-competitive employment offer and assist in securing a candidate’s acceptance of the offer.

Employee-initiated Reduction In Time (ERIT)

The ERIT Program provides an opportunity for employees to voluntarily reduce their current appointment percentage and corresponding pay so that the University can achieve temporary salary savings.
