Hybrid Work Arrangements
Hybrid work options offer creative approaches for completing work while promoting balance between work and personal commitments. These arrangements involve non-traditional work hours and work location. At UC Merced, remote work and telecommute arrangements, along with alternate or flexible schedules, are referred to Hybrid Work Arrangements – agreements between an employee and their supervisor documented in a Telecommute Agreement or Alternate Work Schedule. Here’s a list of frequently asked questions.

Accommodations Management
UC Merced Accommodation Management provides services to all employees in need of reasonable accommodation for a health condition or religious belief in order to perform the essential functions of their jobs.

Workers Compensation
If you are injured on the job you must report the incident to Workers Compensation , even if you do not need to be seen by a physician. DO NOT DELAY in reporting incidents to Sedgwick. Immediate notification is critical to the investigation and has financial implications for the University. Please contact Benefits for all worker's compensation issues.
