Hybrid Work Arrangements
Hybrid work options offer creative approaches for completing work while promoting balance between work and personal commitments. These arrangements involve non-traditional work hours and work location. At UC Merced, remote work and telecommute arrangements, along with alternate or flexible schedules, are referred to Hybrid Work Arrangements – agreements between an employee and their supervisor documented in a Telecommute Agreement or Alternate Work Schedule. If you are injured on the job you must report the incident to Workers Compensation , even if you do not need to be seen by a physician. DO NOT DELAY in reporting incidents to Sedgwick.
