The Living Well at Work Council is currently accepting self-nominations for open positions for the 2018-2019 academic year. If you are interested fostering the emotional, financial, nutritional and physical wellbeing of UC Merced staff members, please review the information below and complete the application no later than Friday, September 14 at 5 pm. Charge
Human Resources, the Office of Campus Climate and Staff Assembly seek experienced staff to serve as members of the Living Well at Work Council (LWC). The LWC fosters the emotional, financial, nutritional and physical wellbeing of all UC Merced employees. LWC members will partner to:
- Identify and analyze issues related to the wellbeing of all employees
- Inform and educate campus community members about wellbeing programs, services, and resources
- Advise and make recommendations to campus leadership regarding programs, services, and procedures that will improve the wellbeing of all employees
- Find new and innovative ways to promote employee wellbeing
- Collaborate with and leverage current resources
Selection Criteria
Please submit answers to the below questions no later than September 14 by 5 pm.
Selected members will have received at least a “meets expectations” rating on their most recent performance evaluation and will have a minimum of one year of service at UC Merced. Please secure supervisor permission for release time before submitting your application.
