  • Mobile App Tutorial - 3.10 min
(Video is outdated; see note below.)
Learn various functions of the downloadable SumTotal Mobile App, including download & set up of the app and how to search and launch a course.

NOTE:  You will download the SumTotal NEXT mobile app (not the Classic app as stated in the video).  This is a mobile app that you must download and has limited functionality; web browsers on mobile devices are not supported.  You cannot register to in-person courses via the app.  In addition, there are limited eCourses available via the mobile app. If you can't find an eCourse, it is not available.  We recommend using a desktop or laptop to access the UC Learning Center.  (See mobile browser FAQ).

How to download Mobile App:
You may download the SumTotal Next App from your mobile app store.

  • When prompted to enter the site URL, you will input "https://uc.sumtotal.host".
  • Select UCM as your site.
  • Enter your UCM email & password to go through the single-sign-on process and authentication.
  • Enter a 4-digit PIN of your choice, then select DONE.

Please note, the app has very limited functionality and limited eCourses available.  If you cannot find a course on the app, it is accessible only via desktop or laptop.  Mobile web browsers are not supported.  We recommend using a desktop or laptop to access training.  Chrome is recommended for best compatibility.
