Picture yourself having a healthier, happier holiday season. Represent your UC Location in the 2024 systemwide 4-week nutrition and fitness challenge.
- Join our team to represent us in the UC Healthy Holiday Challenge and for a chance to win raffle prizes.
- Record daily nutrition and physical activity progress starting November 25 with your favorite tracker or on your mobile or desktop device.
How to Participate:
Step 1: Join the challenge! Sign up here.
Step 2: Download the app to your phone or use the online version to track your progress
Step 3: Create a team on the online platform and invite your coworkers to join! It's helpful to have friends to encourage and support each other to make healthy choices.
Step 4: You will record three types of daily behaviors: Be Active, Eat Healthy, and Gift Box behavior (one available per day) to add an inch of snow in your online winter scene.
Step 5: The goal is to pile up 60 inches of snow (15 inches a week or 3 inches a day).
