Career Advancement Mentorship Program (CAMP) Mentee Application Form

Thank you for your interest in becoming a CAMP mentee.  
 

CAMP will pair mentors with mentees who seek career growth and development in similar careers, interests or skillsets.  To do so, the career tracks job family and functional areas will be used for pairing mentors to mentees.   The career tracks job structure supports the development of career paths that enhance career mobility within UC Merced and across UC locations, and helps focus career development activities for mentees.  

 
When answering each question, please refer to the Career Tracks Job Families and Job Functions document and the Career Tracks Job Family Descriptions document for additional information.
 
Your supervisor will be notified if you are selected as a mentee.
Applications without resumes will not be reviewed.

Please upload a document that outlines your objectives for particiapting in CAMP and how those objectives relate to your current and future career goals. Please ensure to list and describe your objectives. Make sure to include detailed information about how your objectives will align to your (1) personal and (2) professional goals (both short and long-term) and (3) how your personal and professional goals will benefit UC Merced.

I hereby apply to be a participant in the UC Merced Career Advancement Mentorship Program. I understand that the criteria for participation in the program include regular meetings with my mentor and attendance to the bi-monthly career workshops and peer mentoring sessions. It is my responsibility to communicate my participation interest in this program to my supervisor/manager, make consultation arrangements with mentor and find time to participate in this program.
