Secondary ManagerView: How to Add Secondary Manager Allows a designated manager to view or make updates to an employee’s performance record in Saba. The primary manager has the ability to assigns a secondary Manager. The primary manager determines the level of access to be granted, i.e. Goals, Development Plans, and Past Appraisals. This feature is suited for employee’s with dual reporting, dotted line reporting, lead roles, etc. This feature cannot be used to grant access to an employee’s performance appraisal, please refer to ‘Assign to Other Manager.’ |

Assign to Other ManagerView: How to Assign to Other Manager Allows for more than one manager to contribute to an employee’s Performance Appraisal. This tool is particularly useful in instances where more than one supervisor supervised an employee during the performance review period, and both are contributing to the employee’s appraisal. This feature is available from the Task List of the primary manager’s account, and allows for a Task to be completed by a different manager. This does not allow the selected manager to access any additional employee data, i.e. Goals, Development Plans, or Past Appraisals. |
