UC Moves Challenge


Registration starts April 22, and the challenge runs from May 6 to June 2.

Join us for the UC systemwide 4 week Spring into Motion Challenge! Each UC campus will have a team and will compete to see which campus gets the most movement in by the end of the month.

There will be Zoom information sessions on April 23th and April 24th from 12:00-1:00 for further information. No registration required.

UC Moves Spring into Motion Challenge 

  • App-based physical activity platform that records your steps and activity
  • Free download on IOS and Android "Spring into Motion"
  • Sync or manually enter your steps and activities into your account
  • Your score is based on the following step amounts:
    • 6000-7999 steps = 3 points
    • 8000-9999 steps = 4 points
    • 10,000+ steps = 5 points

Once you register:

  • Join or create a team, or compete individually (4-5 participants are recommend when forming a team)
  • Join the Challenge Participants Webinar Information Sessions
  • Post pictures, tag friends and share favorite recipes and tips
  • Begin logging your acitivity on May 6th
