Learn how to contribute to building a culture of accountability. This course will provide skills for holding people accountable, while maintaining positive working relationships. Learn tools for spotting accountability holes and skill to address them in yourself and others.
Prerequisites: Building Skills for Leadership and Empowerment & Ethical Leadership - Leading by the Golden Rule (you will be able to register for this course until you have completed the two prerequisite courses).
