Ground Rules
- All contributions are worthwhile, even weird or way-out ideas.
- Everyone’s ideas are important
- Be an active listener and allow others the space and time to express themselves.
- Suspend Judgement!
- The purpose of the CAMPfire is to learn from one another and the community that shows up for the conversation.
- Divergent or contradictory ideas are ok. We don’t have to agree.
- Using “yes, and” to continue dialogue.
- Agree to hold requests for confidentiality
Facilitator’s Role
- Keep time
