HR Webcast: Completing Your Summary of Accomplishments - Tuesday, 4/26

April 25, 2016

As detailed during AVC Powell's April 13th webcast, HR is sponsoring three informational webcasts on performance management.  These topics were selected based on staff feedback during the Fall 2015 HR Listening Tour.

The first webcast is (tomorrow) Tuesday, April 26th from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
The link for this webcast is:  Summary of Accomplishments

The topic tomorrow:  “Completing your Summary of Accomplishments”.  This is an important informational session in which all administrative staff are encouraged to participate.  Following the conclusion of this webcast, the Summary of Accomplishments form will open online in Halogen on Wednesday, April 27th for staff to begin completing.

SAVE THE DATE!  Two additional webcasts are scheduled as follows:

  • Tuesday, May 3rd from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm:  “Core Competencies and their Role in Performance Appraisals”
  • Wednesday, May 18th from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm:  “Establishing Meaningful Goals”

Following these two webcasts, the Performance Appraisal form will open online in Halogen on Thursday, May 19th.  Supervisors can then begin working on this year’s performance appraisals for their direct reports.

For those who cannot join these webcasts live, they will be posted online for subsequent viewing convenience.  All submitted questions and answers will also be posted online to promote transparency.

Those who were unable to watch the April 13th webcast, may do so here:  AVC Powell’s 4-13 Webcast.  The accompanying presentation is available here:  AVC Powell’s 4-13 Slide Deck.  There were over 200 participants and over 50 questions and comments.  All 4-13 Q&A will be posted on the HR website this week.
