UC Merced’s Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) unit is a thought partner that provides the right data at the right time in the right format for business units to make informed strategic decisions.
Our team provides technical production support, and identifies, plans and implements HR information system changes to meet overall University strategic objectives. In addition to this, we oversee the security of HR related systems and delivery of HRIS information to our campus partners.
We are available for individual consultations with business and academic units. HRIS can provide advice and recommendations on the availability and use of data to support your goals.
