The Mentorship Program strives to include a wide range of participants from UC Merced’s diverse staff.
Requirements to be a mentor:
- Complete a Mentor Registration Form
- Experienced UC Merced leaders, managers and professionals
- Well-respected, loyal advisors and coaches who are willing to share their experiences
- Ability to support learning processes and provide constructive advice
- Willingness to share existing networks and experiences
- Satisfactory-rated Performance Appraisals
Requirements to be a mentee:
- Submit a Mentee Application Form and current resume
- Possess self-initiative
- Willingness to learn
- Aspirations to succeed and grow professionally
- Satisfactory-rated Performance Appraisals
